My Practice Philosophy:

Part of my job is to help others walk through the uncertainties and life experiences that confront them. We work together to find healing and growth. I consider the counseling room to be a safe, quiet, and even sacred place where all sorts of insights, changes, and new awareness can take place in a caring and non-judgmental environment. It is very exciting when the counseling room becomes a place for discovery, transition, and empowerment in a person's life.
