The base rate includes:

• Inclusion and Formatting of up to 7 Photos and/or Graphics. (Note: the photos must be sent to us in a common graphics format, preferably JPG.)

In addition, the Multi-Option Web Site allows you to chose from a variety of additional, optional features at competitive rates (contact us for more information):

Pricing Information

• One-Year Application, Design, Set-Up, Web Site Hosting, Domain Name Registration: $660 (This is everything you need to be up on the Internet for a full year.)
  If you don't have a domain name, we will do obtain one for you. You can suggest a name or we can make some recommendations. Our charge, which covers the registrar's fees, is $50 for two years. This is in addition to the $660. We pay for this at the time we register your domain name and we thenl ask you to reimburse us.
• Once you sign up, we will send you templates and questions which will speed your web site design and construction.
• Your annual renewal rate will be $450, which includes hosting for an additional year and also minor changes at the time of the renewal.

Partial List of Optional Additional Charges:

• Optional pages for additional information (e.g., staff, other resources, and so on):
  • Remember that a web "page" is not necessarily the same as a 8 1/2 x 11 page of copy. It may be less or it may be more, depending upon your needs. Too long, however, and people likely will not read it (unless it is an article or a form).
  • Set-Up (including background & photo or other graphic): $90/page (up to a file size of about 20 KB) if you provide the text on disk or as an attached file via e-mail. We will format your page but we are not able to edit content. This includes links from and to the Home Page.
  • If we input your copy, the charge will be at a rate of $85/hour (estimated between $75-100 minimum).
  • If your "pages" are larger than 20 KB, please contact us for a quote.
• One-Year Hosting of additional pages: No additional charge unless your total site exceeds 25 MB (a VERY large site).
• Additional consultation and design work (after the first four hours) to assist with the customization of your Multi-Option Web Site: $85/hour for each additional hour.
• Optional quarterly up-date (allowing for minor revisions of content every three months): Base Rate is $85/hour, one-half hour minimum per quarter.
• We can do a number of additional things for you. Please contact us for details on these items:
  • Naming and linking your pages to meet your specifications
  • Registering aditional domain names
  • Installing sound and/or video files (to introduce people to you in a very direct way)
  • Creating and launching "PDF" files. PDF files allow you to put forms, brochures, and other documents on your web site which can be downloaded and printed in way which preserves their original format.
  • Creating passworded files and directories. These are good if you have information you want to be available only to certain people.
  • Providing more frequent site updates and more frequent search engine registrations (helpful for marketing your site)
